PARMIGIANO REGGIANO FONDUE

Perfect enjoyed in good company, or as an unusual appetiser for New Year's Eve.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Pouring Cream

280g

Black Pepper

to taste

First pour the cream into a small saucepan and place on a medium heat, then add some of the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and stir with a wooden spoon. Continue adding the Parmigiano Reggiano a little at a time, stirring constantly, and allow to thicken for a few minutes. If you prefer a smooth, creamy texture, you can blend using an immersion blender. Pour the fondue into a traditional dish and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve your fondue with toasted bread.
