Mascarpone and chocolate mousse

Easy and quick to prepare, it's also wonderful served with Pandoro or Panettone.
INGREDIENTS
Place the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until foamy. Add the Virgilio mascarpone and continue to mix to obtain a smooth, even cream. Chop the chocolate - milk or dark as preferred - and melt in a small pan with the cream. Once cooled, add the chocolate to the mascarpone mixture. Combine using a spatula, then refrigerate until serving; eat with a spoon or use it to fill pastries.
